Wrx Power Steering Rack Leak

The subaru service manual that i found online states for this. One of the most common issues on the impreza is a leaking steering rack. Sometimes on start sometimes when letting off the throttle sometimes when turn hard to either side. Noticed more fluid leaking so took it to the dealership yesterday.
